Many vendors leverage cloud based sub-vendors, who in turn, leverage additional sub-vendors that further utilize more cloud services. This creates a very delicate supply chain where minor downstream glitches can cause larger cascading failures or data breaches. The PHI Exchange does utilize a handful of best-in-class sub-vendors for redundancy and capacity. However, it does not have a domino line of cloud-based sub-vendors. If major cloud vendors experience a “bad day”, The PHI Exchange is immune.

We believe in delivering long-term cost-efficiency using proven problem-solving technology. When it comes to the hype around any new technology, we prefer to let the dust settle.
